Торговый банк
Банк, предоставляющий компаниям ряд финансовых услуг. Торговые банки акцептуют переводные векселя импортеров и экспортеров, и поэтому их часто называют акцептными домами. Изначально они занимались финансированием торговли, а затем стали выполнять и другие функции: управление инвестициями, операции на фондовом рынке, корпоративное финансирование (эмиссия новых ценных бумаг от имени корпораций и гарантирование их размещения).
